Most people may already know that dark chocolate is healthier than milk chocolate, but what’s the difference?
Dark chocolate has a high cocoa content and it is cocoa that contains the healthy antioxidants. Therefore, in general, the darker the chocolate, the better it is for health. Milk chocolate contains a little cocoa powder and instead, there is a lot of added sugar and other unhealthy in it.
In terms of calories, the two types of chocolate are largely at the same, relatively high, level. However, dark chocolate saturates better and this in turn means that you usually do not have the strength to eat as much of it either.

Dark Chocolate
● Rich in antioxidants and high saturation value. Chocolate with at least 43% cocoa may be called dark, but choose one with at least 70% cocoa if you want it to be really useful.
Milk chocolate
● Low cocoa content, rich in sugar and fat, and a low saturation value. If you choose milk chocolate with nuts, however, the chocolate cake will have a much higher value purely nutritionally.
